Data processed

Contact form (Atelier page) — your name, email address and message, only so that I can reply. They are passed on by Web3Forms, which forwards them to me by email. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering the request you send me.

Hosting — the host records technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Images — photographs are served by the delivery network of Sanity, the service that manages the site’s content, so your browser sends it your IP address when loading them. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Processors and transfers outside the European Union

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosting. Transfers covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and failing that by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• Sanity AS (Norway) and Sanity US Inc. (United States) — content management and image delivery, hosted in the United States. Transfers covered by the standard contractual clauses.
• Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India; Amazon Web Services infrastructure) — form delivery. Web3Forms keeps messages for up to three years before deleting them. Transfers covered by the standard contractual clauses.
