Installations & Costumes

Bringing creation to life

I'm fortunate to work regularly creating stage sets, installations and costumes for events and performing arts productions.

Woven Mast

I was invited to create an installation at Saint Jory de Chalais for the CAPFORCHA Festival – at the crossroads // Culture, biodiversity and resistance – a cultural exchange between the Xavante indigenous people of Brazil and the Perigordian Occitan culture from July 17-20, 2025. This mast symbolizes in particular the connection to the earth and sky of our cultures. It is made from local wood, ropes from cotton sheets and fabrics in chestnut flower, beneath which we listened, spoke, watched and danced.

Performance

In Bordeaux in November 2019, I performed a solo on the theme of anxiety and self-discovery. The stage design was created by two Bordeaux artists, the costume by myself. I subsequently transformed certain scenographic elements of this performance into a light installation (photo opposite).

AFTERALL

In 2021, I perform and wear a costume of my own creation for the clip "AFTERALL" by the artist OhMyBaroness. It is composed of a plaster mask, bones, wood, tassels, lace and felted wool.

Helmet/Mask

Military helmet in hand-painted and hand-gilded leather, cow horns, crocheted threads and canvas. I use this helmet as a costume piece during a second solo performance, titled "Chick-end", in Bordeaux in January 2020.
